Terms & conditions

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example if a piece is mispriced or an edition has closed — and if we do, anything already paid is refunded in full.

Prices are in euro and include the VAT of your EU country, charged under the EU One-Stop Shop scheme. Business orders placed from outside Belgium with a valid EU VAT number are reverse-charged and invoiced excluding VAT. Outside the EU, prices exclude VAT. Any import duties or taxes are payable by you. Shipping is quoted separately at checkout.

Works sold as limited editions are produced in a single fixed, numbered run of 25 pieces in total per work. That run is shared across every size offered — it is not 25 per size — so the edition closes once 25 pieces have been made, whatever mix of sizes those were. Each is supplied with a certificate of authenticity, and once a run closes the work is not reprinted in any size or finish.

Every automotive work begins as a photograph taken by our photographers. AI is used to extend and heighten that frame and to build the additional phases the interlacing requires. Colour, depth and the strength of the effect vary between a screen and the printed piece; the previews on this site are simulations, not colour proofs.

Living Prints™ produces independent artworks. Vehicles and marks appearing in them are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer, and no such association is claimed.

Lead times are set out on the shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.

EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, on the terms set out on the shipping page. Goods made to your specification are excluded from that right. The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumer sales in the EU and is unaffected by anything in these terms.

Buying a piece buys the physical object. Copyright in the imagery, the interlacing and everything on this site stays with Viewkraft®, the photographers and the artists. Pieces may not be reproduced, scanned, re-interlaced or used commercially without written permission.

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. [LIABILITY WORDING TO BE SETTLED WITH COUNSEL]

Belgian law applies, and the courts of the judicial district of Mechelen have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
