Privacy policy

This explains what we do with personal data when you buy from livingprints.art or email the studio. We are the data controller.

What we collect, and why

Order details: Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, VAT number where given, and what you bought — to perform the contract
Payment: Handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We never see or store your card details
Correspondence: What you send us and our replies, on our legitimate interest in answering you
Analytics: [ANALYTICS TOOL, IF ANY — AND THE CONSENT BASIS]
Invoices: Kept for the period Belgian tax law requires, on our legal obligation

Who else sees it

Only the processors we need to fulfil an order: the payment provider, the carrier, the framer where a piece is framed, our email and hosting providers. Each is bound by a processing agreement and may use the data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. Order and account emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg) from its [AWS REGION] region. How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Email hello@viewkraft.com and we answer within a month.

If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
