Every Living Print™ is a lens sheet bonded to a print. It ships face-protected, corner-protected and rigid, because the one thing a lenticular piece cannot survive is a crease across the lenses.

Nothing is held in stock. Every piece is hand-made and exclusive to the order it belongs to — that is what the time is for — and the large formats are the same build asking a great deal more of the people doing it, which is what puts them at about fourteen days. We tell you the dispatch date when the order is placed, not after.
We ship within the EU and worldwide. Within the EU, the VAT of your country is included in the price you see, charged under the EU One-Stop Shop scheme, and that is the price you pay. Outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees are payable by you on arrival — these are set by your country, not by us, and we cannot estimate them for you.
Shipping is quoted at checkout and is never included in the piece price. Pieces from 80 × 80 cm travel as freight rather than parcel, and for the largest formats we contact you to arrange delivery or installation.
Photograph the outer packaging before you open it if it looks knocked, then email hello@viewkraft.com within [DAMAGE WINDOW] of delivery with the photographs. Transit damage is insured and we replace the piece.
If you are in the EU and bought as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days, send the piece back in its original protection within 14 days of telling us, and we refund what you paid including standard outbound shipping. Return shipping is yours unless the piece was faulty.
One important exception. Pieces made to your specification are excluded from that right under EU consumer law. Our standard catalogue sizes are not affected — made to order means produced after you order it, not made to your specification — but a bespoke commission, a custom size or a piece built from your own imagery cannot be returned once production starts. We always say which applies before you commit.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity on goods sold to consumers in the EU. Full detail is in the terms & conditions.
